1. FCC Extends PCS Payment Option Election Deadline 02/25/98 In a unanimous vote, the FCC changed the date for cash-strapped PCS C-Block licensees to select a payment option. Companies will have until roughly June to choose a course of relief. February 26 was the most recent deadline by which the companies had to act. Both C- and F-Block licensees won't have to resume license payments until about July, rather than March 31 as originally required.
