Insiders sold recently! See this site! Just remember, people have to take profits sometime, and it does not mean that insiders feel negative about the run up either. After all, Bill Gates sells about a million shares of Microsoft every quarter, and the stock keeps going higher... insidertrader.com If insiders sell shares in the millions, then I would worry! 48,000 shares is not much to worry about! It could be bonds that were converted for a sale, in which case there are less bonds on the market to pay interest on in the future which lowers expenses...
