Just heard what I had suspected. Trumps second complete 180 speech from his earlier one, that incited his crowd of rowdy people implying them to take action, was under threat by his staff that if he didn't retract that he would be removed from office. From that I think if Trump attempts anymore outrageous acts, Pence will immediately invoke the 25th. I also watched a tape of several of Trump's inner circle including his sons, laughing and having a great time while they watched the invasion of the WH.

Couldn't "insurrection" also be what all the politicians(D's and R's) have done to the people of this country be called treasonous?
