They led some questioners to that number with implications but they never came out and said "Our GM in the Dec Q was 9 percent."

I recall them saying it was 9%. And with respect to Mar Qtr they said "in the single digits." Which doesn't say anything except that its not getting any better. They passed on several ocasions to give any more precise guidence.
