OT - Haha! Posting all your trades, within reason of when you do them, doesn't allow for claiming a victory you
don't have. I posted on my other board that I sold half last week and the rest early this week. I did the exact
same thing early last year with VXRT, so hopefully this year ends the same as last year. took about a $2100
loss.

I traded my daughters taxable account to a 215% gain last year. Two big differences in our accounts. I hold
enough dividend paying stocks to cover my 20k income goal. I like it that way, and I am seriously thinking of
splitting my IRA into two accounts. Make it similar to my daughter having a taxable account and a Roth.

The other difference is that I sold stocks in her account causing a $67,000 gain. I culled all her losses, and cut
the gain to $43,000. Well, I did keep SAVA with a $600 loss. Not wanting to cause more gains to fall in the
year caused me not to sell the winners and many went on up.

My effort to cut losses and let my winners run cost me this time.

I posted her starting holdings and all trades here to end of Oct., and the rest in the reply to it:

Longer term short term day trades. Message Board - Msg: 32966914 (siliconinvestor.com)

I used all the patience that I had. No doubt this will happen again. I've sold stocks just before they dropped
like a rock, but I never seem to remember them like selling out of a big winner. :(
