Heck if Les faxes me I relay the info to the thread. I believe that Les, Dave, Ralph, and probably Larry see or hear about these posts and concerns. As I mentioned in my phone conversations with both Ralph and Les, when these issues arise they need to be addressed as quickly as possible. SO HOW ABOUT IT GUYS, Ralph are you listening, hey Dave lets bury this hatchet (no not in your skull...in a hole somewhere)...lets hear from you guys on what appears to be some discrepencies..... Mike: The 800 or 888 service will not give the true informaiton only the person who is on the end of the call, IMO. ---If it's Dave, Les, Ralph, Dow, Jack, Larry, Laurence, Robin, Raymond, Bill or Hilary. IMO todate no one is leading or we seem to guess from week to week at who is! The key to any good company is skills of management in directive, details, and the total Business Plan for the next 5 years. A banker will not talk to business people with out a business plan, so why would anyone from a investment stand point looking like (bankers loaning cash) wish to do any diffrent? We are at the edge of the year 2000 and what is the business plan for MDIN/NPEC as a compnay? Wish to give it a try from anything that is in print on letter head from the company's ? Let's cut to the chase and agree on the lack of Management Skills of operation within. We need these people to let someone provide Management from the top down and let them do what they are best at Financial Deals on Mining where ever they wish to go in the world and do them. This business needs a leader who speaks for MDIN only! and one who speaks for NPEC only! Heck it's now Feb. 1, 1998 and what has changed in the past year? If year end is 3-31-98 for the company's let's do it now and vote on it for the "AGM" IMO.
