Hey Freddi

I dont know if this helps but trying to look at Famh from purely a technical analysis my charts give these results. The ADX is somewhat postive for a long term upward movement.

IMO even with the Financials coming out I do not expect a strong upward movement, however; I do expect movement ( up ). And believe me I am no expert. I am encouraged by what I see chart wise and have been charting now for several months. Here is the results:
the ESA for the past two months .28
Analysis of the rate of change of the exponentially smoothed average price suggests the start of an uptrend for this equity. The rate of change is positive and continuing to climb which indicates increasing strength. This is a bullish indicator for a continuation in this market.

The equity price has crossed and closed above the intermediate term 7% exponentially smoothed average price. This indicates a continuation of the current price movement and is considered a weak bullish signal which is sometimes followed by an upward movement in prices.

The equity price has crossed and closed above the long term 4% exponentially smoothed average price. This indicates a continuation of the current price movement and is considered a bullish signal which is sometimes followed by an upward movement in the price of the equity.

The equity price has crossed and closed above the short term 18% exponentially smoothed average price. This indicates a continuation of the current price movement but it is subject to whipsaws. This is a weak bullish signal that could be followed by an upward movement in the equity price.

Hopefully Ira will give us a number to go on as far as this year's EPS on this weeks CC. This way we can determine our value. You simply take the current year's estimates and multiply them by 3. Since I am expecting FAMH to make $0.50 this year...a fair value would be $1.50 and that is the number I expect to hit in the upcoming weeks.

A reverse split will not change the value of the company. It would just be the quickest way to get a NASDAQ listing. Once on the NASDAQ, hopefully we will be able to trade with a pe of 20. Most people will not even touch a stock at $0.30. If there was a reverse split...you people expect the price to fall? Have you ever seen a NASDAQ company trading with a pe of 1???

WWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo!

Thank you Mr.Forte
Ihave been following this thread for sometime now, looked into the FAMH story and done my DD.
Most of the posters here have been very straight forward both on the positive side and negative, but there are some here who post for the sake of making noise.

I appreciate your information regarding this stock.
Looking for my entry point, but a little wary.
