Daniel, I too would like to see this baby break the $8+ mark again--I think it can just through spec buying and short covering due to all the attention we got last week. I do think that it will drift back down though as profit takers and day traders have their fun (I'll be selling some too probably in hopes of buying in again lower). Until the court decision, a jv announcement, buyout, or major news release, the winners circle will not yet crystallize. But hey, we've all learned patience if nothing else, Right?
