I've seen this; I really doubt it is meaningful. There are a hundred ways such an event could occur without it having been nefarious.

That's not to say votes can't move from one place to another. But someone could just as easily have typed a field name wrong on an API call. So, I don't think that's the hill you want to die on.

To be honest, I think bifurcation of the effort between the machines and just plain old cheating was a good idea; I don't know whether it was Sidney's or Rudy's team who wanted to do. But plainly, the voting machine issue is much longer term and could not have been resolved in the brief amount of time allotted.

They really needed to fight it on codified irregularities. They just didn't do a very good job.
