You're right, Geoff. The difference between 35 and 48% could add up to quite a bit. But since NPEC does already own about 35% of MDIN's stock....I figure that we're already MDIN shareholders. That's one reason I haven't bought MDIN yet. I've always just figured that for every 1,000 shares of MDIN that I could buy....I could use the same money and buy 10,000 shares of NPEC. And still be an MDIN shareholder, although indirectly. I'd still like to own both...but I keep getting distracted with other stocks.

This IR situation is getting to be ridiculous! That's why I don't listen to anything that anybody says anymore. I just go by the charts and my own intuition. I do much better that way.

I think, though....that since NPEC owns so much of MDIN...that it is ludicrous for someone to say that they're thinking of not letting NPEC in on a deal. Hell, we're ALREADY in on the deals. Statements like that only serve to try and stir up controversy and competition and confusion. They don't do anybody any good. The bottom line is that if MDIN flies....NPEC will also fly. And just for the record, it is my opinion that BOTH of them will fly. I sure hope so, anyway.
