Did you reply to the right post? Not sure I really understand your response in context.
Anyone can have a webserver and get an IP and set up a website, the web is a public network. Most websites are hosted on lots of big and small CDN networks from Cloudflare to Reflected.net (<0.01%). You can find a host for anything on the web, or be your own host, make your own rules. The rules that apply to everyone like "No shirt, no shoes, no service" are very easy to parse. In America today we have a degree of information freedom and autonomy never before possible.
I don't see how that's relevant to the post your replying to. But maybe you just wanted to make a point to me and so replied to a recent post I made.

People can get webservers and an IP, but there is an ongoing attempt to shut out part of the political spectrum, not just from major social media sites, but also from being able to set up their own alternatives. You don't just get Trump and others banned from Twitter and Facebook, you get payment professors banning payments to alternatives, credit card companies banning payments to alternative payment processors, alternate apps banned from app stores, and government pressure for some of that to happen even when the Democrats only controlled the house. Combined with threats and violence when conservatives (or sometimes even moderate liberals) try to speak at left leaning campuses and pressure to fire many people. I'm not sure I'd agree anymore that we really have the highest degree of information freedom ever, although it is still well above the historical norm.

BTW what do you mean by "Whatitisisim"?
