Already done at state level - at least in GA that I know of and I believe PA and AZ also. Biden doesn't need to say anything at this point. He can point to all that has been submitted and dismissed already at state, court and govt agency level. My take FWIW....the fraud assertion is a double headed monster for trump. First, it gives him an out to say he really didn't lose - from what I can tell it's the main thing that he just can't handle. Second, its also a golden goose - see the amount of $$$ already made from his supporters based on the accusations. When he's out of office he will most likely set up a trump news network and charge say $4.99/mth - this is what his former lawyer Michael Cohen has already mentioned as what he see's as most likely. If he gets say 20M of his base to sign up - not too hard to imagine....that's ~$100M/mth or ~$1.2B/yr. That's the best gig he's ever had. It's in his best interest to maintain the ruse - that's why we'll never see them do their own investigation and reveal. All my own opinion of course but I'm pretty confident this is how it'll play out......
