A clue on the PIPE valuations I don't think the current SPAC premium to NAV ( if there is one ) would impact the insiders structuring a merger agreement .. Pre signing a DA the price action of the SPAC shares is pure speculation .. From the deals I've seen the PIPE investors get the NAV of the Trust for their investment .. I would think that any SPAC share premium to NAV at the TIME of the PIPE investors agreement would act as an inducement to make the investment .. Triff ..
