When someone's opinion is that Red is Black and Yellow is Blue, then it's not really an opinion....

We often heard from the Press Secretaries under Trump: "This is what the president believes"

Even when it was clearly false and no reasonable person could make a valid argument to bolster the President's stated view.

So... where does the first amendment come down on pure and utter BS?

I agree with this statement 100% and it needs to be protected. Blocking off avenues for people to communicate if you agree with them or not creates more anger and division.

"The fundamental right to freedom of opinion is a fundamental right of elementary importance"
