I think 3 per year is pretty swell, and perhaps we might see 4 at some point (I recall XL Vision stating at a LASX conference call that they were capable of spinning off 1 per year, but I don't know if that means just a separate corporate entity or a full-fledged SFE-type rights offering).

I really would like to add in some of this hidden value to the known NAV. I tried to do that by adding in DOCC, but it would be a guess to try to add in the next two, also. Private company valuation is also pure speculation (for us, as I'm sure Safeguard has a pretty idea what it should be).

To sum up, I feel that a potential investor should look to the quality of past rights offerings and the private companies in the stable. If they like what they see, they should invest. They could use the NAV to decide on the timing of their investment.
