There is obviously a protocol for Secret Service and Capitol Police to follow in defending National U S Security at the Capitol. You just saw EXACTLY where that line got crossed. It was the last line of defense. And it worked...the protocol worked. The mob stopped coming through the window and door. One life taken to save many is a good decision. One life taken to protect US National Security is a good decision.
