Tech Master -- No, I can't say I have been following this one at all except every now and then to marvel at the depreciation of its price since there has been any discussion. In that you're note was addressed to me (probably only because I was the last person to have posted here), I looked for what I can find out about it. Seems to come back just a little bit from its miserable lows of a few weeks ago and that must be due to the release they put out 1/13 which I will post below. Otherwise, all else I could refer to is their Oct 10Q which makes for some pretty sad reading. Sorry I can't be more help, but please post here anything you might find out.

HOUSTON, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- GK Intelligent Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GKIS) today announced it will be providing a preview of the company's soon-to-be-released expert training and performance support software products on Wednesday, January 14, 1998 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Woodlands Inn & Resort in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

GK management will conduct the demonstrations and provide shareholders and dealers in attendance with an update on the status of the company. Dr. Joseph Ben-Dak, vice-chairman of GK and founder of the United Nations Global Technology Group, will discuss developments in the relationship between GK Intelligent Systems and the intergovernmental marketplace.

Product demonstrations will include "Smart Enterprise"(SM), a business management tool that tracks and monitors real-time events and progress within an organization, regardless of underlying systems, and the first in a planned series of "Smart One"(TM)-based intelligent multimedia training products -- "Around the Web in 80 Minutes."

"Around the Web in 80 Minutes" intelligently guides the learner through the ins and outs of the Internet, monitoring progress and adjusting its teaching techniques to provide a training session customized to the user's level of knowledge and specific applications.

Other "Smart One" training programs are currently being developed for corporate, government, retail and institutional customers including the U.S. Department of Transportation, the United Nations and MFS WorldCom. Its unique ability to conform to a user's individual needs enables personalized training at a fraction of what an equivalent classroom training course would cost.

GK Intelligent Systems, Inc. (Houston, Texas) is an enterprise committed to providing expert training and task specific support, both on the job and at home via the Internet, through the use of highly sophisticated "agents" (artificially intelligent facilitators) capable of representing the needs, interests and work requirements of the user.
