James, Looks to me as if CVUS is taking the responsibility for financing something for which CVNY is the beneficiary. Since CVNY is the operating entity and is totally owned by CVUS, I don't see the conflict of interest mentioned in an earlier post. Maybe I'm misreading this? The wording is not that easy!!!!

As for your question about whether the $40m credit line is worthwhile, I think the bank would not have signed up to it if they didn't think it was a good risk. Obviously they have looked it over and see the potential for repayment. Again, I may be wrong, but it looks to me as if CVUS took out a $1m "bridge loan" so that they wouldn't have CVNY in default of payments awaiting the auctions.

If someone can read that gobbledegook and I am wrong, please post so I can get re-baselined. Thanks! CAP
