Another way to hedge or short. Rydex Ursa Fund

I have very interesting materials from the Rydex fund. They have a fund called Rydex Ursa that uses puts and futures to give you the exact OPPOSITE return of the S&P 500. If the S&P goes up 24% the fund goes down buy the same amount, The reverse of course, is true. I may use it as a hedge against a downdraft or an outright way to short. (I am not knowledgeable about how to do the futures/puts thing on my own)

Any thoughts on this fund/approach?

Best, Ivan1
