>What could go wrong with this picture?

Funny how you quoted the only positive thing the entire
article had to say about Yahoo. The rest was a giant
warning that Yahoo could be headed right where Netscape
was with regards to stock price, and particularly why
that one analyst's prediction of $80 could be horribly
wrong.

We should get a nice pop down at the open monday. Just
read the SEC forms- anyone who has shares and is able
to share them is selling 100% immediately, none of them
believe the stock is going to go any higher and they are
all bailing out.

Re: article in NY Times.

talks about "little women" generating porn ads.
and I tried to search for little women on yahoo :)
to my surprise though, i got a clean page, with reasonably
correct info. I guess the guy who wrote the article should test his
stuff out before making judgements.. what a loser..

YHOO BEAROMETER = $6,600 change (-)$50

The YHOO Bearometer reflects a short sale of 100 shares of YHOO at 65 1/2 on 2-2-98. The first figure is the current amount needed to cover this position. The idea is that the obligation will shrink as the stock price declines and vice-versa.

The second figure or "change" represents paper gains (+) or losses (-) of this position from inception. It does not include commission on the covering transaction.
