The reason Negroes like to murder melanin deficient people is that Negroes have bigger pineal glands. But I think people can overcome their enormous pineal glands by better education for self control as is enforced in Singapore where people of all races exhibit good behaviour. Don't think of murderers as criminals, think of them as organ donors. Sell the parts at auction to compensate victims. Also, stop the production line of violent criminals = cancel the Great Society, cancel minimum pay rates, stop paying "benefits" to women who made bad choices, sterilisation of violent criminals. I'd better read about these big pineal glands = never heard of the problem/competitive advantage. I've heard of big peni but not big pineal = humans are highly variable. Mqurice
