I believe management is doing the right thing, even though the short term may see stock prices restrained for a while (depending on what Gundy decides to do). The debentures were issued to build a new manufacturing plant to satisfy increased sales...a bullish story altogether. As long as sales/earnings growth continue, it is a bullish story, regardless of what the stock price does in the short term. I have seldom felt as confident about a stock prospect. The 3rd quarter report will be issued on February 27, 98. Saverio
