TJ the network seems to be partially quantum of split photons mostly between the satellite and ground station from there they proceed with the older technology. In any case too expensive for consumer use.

But PR and showoff always takes first stage at Baboons (learned it in my safary tour in Kenya with my then wife before getting sick.)

The article writer is certainly not familiar with the technology of Einstein’s ‘spooky action at a distance’ or photon spliting and polarization etc.,

The system was established IMHO based on baboon instincts who is the better baboon. I wish it should stay there in technology application.

To be fully quantum communication your phone must connect via split photons to the station above (probably a satellite but not necessary a good clean mirror will do it )

see my previous article for tactical communication at this link www2.slideshare.net

If you knew Hebrew would have send you by e-mail a letter form 21 July 1983 where I was sent to discuss similar technology with NATO and US Army Signal Corps technical staff including armed forces fighting doctrine at Fort Bragg.

BTW - only last year they achieve splitting 1 photon into 3

Which makes my original proposal from 1983 even more interesting!!
