Gary -
In QP Metastock Output utility choose one of the following:

-Output 1 symbol to Metastock file,
-Output a list of symbols to a single Metastock directory,
-Output a list of symbols to multiple Metastock directories,

You need to have the target directory(s) established beforehand and it can be located anywhere (for example: C:\MS\DATA\NEWSTUFF) - not limited to a MSWIN or QP directory location. Then if you want it automatically updated each night after QP database is updated you'd also define it as such in the same utility program. You don't have any choice but to output the entire 2yr QP data initially and thereafter it will add new data each time the update database is run on QP. Refer back to Michael's earlier note about splits and symbol changes not being corrected automatically with this utility tho.

When you open the utility, "Quotes Plus to MetaStock," you see the option to output one stock issue. select that option and be sure that the folder displayed in the top window is the one you want ORBI to go to. Then simply hit the output button and your in.

I might mention that *.dop files are not nesscary for MSWIN.

The amount of history is not important to the output function.
