Matthew,

Thanks for the reply. I was merely joking about the "badgering the company" thing. I will not do that, nor do I recommend anyone else do it. I think AWLT management has enough business to do and do not need the hassle. I do hope, however, AWLT announces some form of plan if they are serious about a NASDAQ/smallcap listing.

I must however, point out the following from the financialweb page we have been discussing...

To be eligible for initial NASDAQ/smallcap listing...
"FORMER minimal financial requirements for INITIAL listing: A $3 minimum bid price" ...among other things.
"NEW minimal financial requirements for INITIAL listing: A bid price of $4.00." ... among other things.

Once initial listing is established, certain minimum things must be maintained, such as...
"CURRENT minimum maintenance requirements: A $1 minimum bid price *" ... the note for this * is where you quoted from."
I am concerned about

"NEW minimum maintenance requirements: A bid price of $1.00 *"
the * notes is:
*"A company is not in compliance with this requirement when its stock drops below $1.00 for 30 days. The company will be notified of delisting proceedings unless the stock closes at $1.00 or more for ten consecutive days, within 90 days of falling out of compliance"

I am not trying to beat this issue to death. I personally AM a shareholder, and do not care to see AWLT rush into a smallcap listing. If the fundamentals are there it will happen.
