Earnings were announced last year on Mar 5. I would expect this years 4th quarter and year end to be announced around the same time.
Could see price drift to $5 before then, would like to pick up some more.

Yes, they are limited in the buy windows, this is called a quite period. But this is usually only 3 - 4 weeks before and after earnings are announced. Earnings aren't due for 5 or 6 weeks at this point, so it is a perfect OP for them to buy if they really believed in BIOI. We'll see. I am watching the SEC updates daily.

best,

Tim

<<I don't believe co. or insiders can purchase stock until after earnings are announced>>

The company and its officers cannot purchase shares during the period from (I think) 30 days before the end of the quarter until earnings are announced. I don't know if this applies to other insiders, but it might not, since it's an SEC reg and not part of the statute. But I wouldn't want to do it, if the person had actual knowledge of an earnings surprise and bought/sold shares based on the insider info, it would be a criminal violation.
