Dave, Ivan,

RXSD: what is the date you see for the first day of the ACT? I'm curious as to how you guys see an IL on this one.

DMMC hasn't even come close to the IL and looks to be setting up a breakout from an ascending triangle. Ivan, what are you looking at as day one of the ACT on this one?

On ADLAC, the IL is just too high. It's impossible for the stock to get that high. There is a legitimate ML though. Thats a longer term version of the IL you may recall from the seminar. The ML is at 22 7/8 now. The ML is not a line to use for targetting shorts. It's a line that suggests one should take some long-term profit though. Of course, that would also depend on one's tax situation too.

It's a rare stock that finds the IL, don't give up the search though.

Dave:

BBs are noose-tight on little AMLN. Every TA study I can run (and they're very few) looks grim for tomorrow's direction, but: This is preceding, volume- and price-wise, exactly according to the model I've worked out, except for that 70k share run-up on Thursday, which I simply can't make heads or tails of.
I'm not going to be on SI much for a while (moving offices and I'm not bringing the Net with me, so I can get some work done), so I thought I'd bring this one to your attention before I took off. If it begins to drift up tomorrow and volume picks up, good things (a whole point, perhaps even more) might be in the offing. For me, optimal tomorrow would be volume in the 100-175K range, with no drop in the bid below 1/4 (and hopefully not below 3/8). If that happens, it's a speculative buy for a two- to three-day pop, IMHO.

Good luck, and see you all soon,
Ivan
