The 14th amendment prevents anyone from holding office that was convicted of insurrection while in office.


If the operative word is "convicted", then it won't happen. The Senate won't convict him. I really like the suggestion that if they can go after Trump after he leaves office, they can also go after Obama, if the R's ever get both chambers again.

Apply the bs equally to both sides.
