Sorry, I'm still dwelling on Cal-Asics. Is anyone else worried about the fact that JMAR may still be keeping CATS afloat? Since it hasn't been sold and we have no news on new partners, one could assume that they are either self sufficient or JMAR is still propping them up. This is a material fact that could affect earnings by 100% one way or the other, but we may not be told until the 10K comes out. I know one shareholder was told that this wouldn't happen until the end of March which would mean another quarter gone.

It makes it very difficult to increase shareholder value and attract new investors if they can't do their due diligence.
