Allen, HQ was one of 3 underwriters. HQ is no longer positive on this stock. In fact, HQ is moderately negative on TEAL's prospect. Piper Jaffray, another underwriter, continues to hold hope on this company (and so do I). I have taken a full position, albeit a little too early. I will continue to hold. Owning TEAL requires patience. Given the recent financial restatement news which worsens investors' confidence, I would not recomment it to anyone who is not willing to put this stock under the mattress for at least a year. But if your time horizon is longer than one year, IMHO, you can hardly go wrong with this stock at $1/share.

Regards,

Tom

Allen, I hope you bought in at $1. You would be smiling now if you did.
