Charles - You have to decide whether NLV is in the "cable infrastructure" industry, the "set-top box" industry or the equipment provider industry for "broadband communications" which includes internet access. If the latter, you might want even to even incorporate the whole ADSL equipment provider industry as potential or latent competitors - these would include the modem makers such as 3COM -providing 56 kpbs modems with intent to move into ADSL, as well as others. The fascinating thing about NLV is that its "industry" and therefore competitors are shifting as we speak.
Who is the prof in the course - Bromiley? Chakravarthy? Srinivasan? Regards, Tom
