There must be a reason why Dems don’t seem to be in a celebratory mood. They know something is seriously off. They may have won the election, but they also may have some awareness that it came at a cost. Not all of them are willing and able to sacrifice the legitimacy of the system. I guess, many are worried, even if they can’t spell it out.

The left (media, academia, entertainment, big tech, woke corporations) doesn't believe there is a deep state as defined by conservatives. The Trump administration never brought any of the perpetrators to justice so it never got a full airing for the masses. With all the great things he did to improve this country, Trump's biggest failure was not fixing the institutional corruption that exists within the DOJ, FBI, State Dept and CIA.
