Hi Terry,
Welcome to the thread. All I know is what was said in this press release; that NAE anticipated becoming a full (12g) reporting company somtime in the 1st quarter of '98, not necessarily in January. It has been suggested that the needed audits are in progress but I don't know if anyone has confirmed that. Being reporting will be a great boost to credibility and give us much better insight into what we have. Risk is real but IMO we are in much better shape with the Nebraska lease agreement and the KNE agreement than we were last year. Now with nine wells pumping into KNE pipelines giving NEA revenue to continue operations and drilling I can breath a little easier.

Press release: biz.yahoo.com

Have a good one,

Bob

I was told by Prima Capital(800-600-8599), the firm handling Investor Relations for NAMX, that they were shooting for the end of March to become a reporting company.

To marty,
speaking for myself and other investors on this thread, your due deligence is much appreciated. I tried to find out how much it costs to put in a well, to better assist in projections per your post # 2395. The fellow I spoke with did not know, but said he would try to find out.
Keep up the fine work
