Indeed it is. However, the problem today, IMO, is that far too MANY of those who espouse to be "liberal" have not realized that they have been Brainwashed and have thereby been "transformed" into either MARXISTS or RADICAL SOCIALISTS. You are not a true "liberal" if your actions are well represented by those two "philosophies".
