Most of these questions are know by people on the thread but don't expect people to do all your work for you... I take exception to that as far as my question is concerned. Nothing on the MHTX web site or in their press releases addresses the patent situation adequately. A search of IBM's patent server turns up one patent by Hockaday on a "surface replica fuel cell", but I haven't seen anybody mention it here yet. So what's wrong with wanting to start discussion of such a crucial point? FYI, I have read the patent in question. Now to discuss it, I need at least one other person who has done the same. How about it? - nic
