Yes I noticed it too Mike. I would actually find these discrepencies amusing if I did not have so much money in OZON. It would be nice to see these things happen sooner rather than later. If we had a consistantly reported expected time frame it would add an air of legitimacy and increase investor confidence. But one thing I have learned over the years is that even at the best of companies it usually takes much longer than expected to achieve the desired results.

I will ask some questions and let you and the rest of the thread know what I find out.

Regards, Jeff

Mike I got some answers. Bottom line is we will probably have to wait 5 months before we see USDA/FSIS approval.

It will probably be 6 to 7 months before we see ozonated chickens on the market.

Does that seem like a long time to you?

Me I'm used to waiting years for biotech stocks to get approval of supposed blockbuster drugs with much smaller markets than OZON is after.

Anyway they have to set up the specific lab tests for Murray's(3 weeks for this in lab phase that sets up the proposed protocols).

Then they submit the protocols for approval to the USDA/FSIS. The USDA/FSIS has 60 days to respond, OSHA has 20 days after the 60 days, to respond with input for the in-plant phase.

Once the protocols are approved the in plant phase of testing takes place which will take only another 2 to 3 weeks.

Finally, the company submits the results to the USDA/FSIS for approval for the Eco-Pure system.

Take a long look at this timeline and please realize that the majority of time the company waits for federal approval of one phase or another.

So there you have it a projected timeline. It won't be until later this year before we see actual ozonated chickens on the market. But guess what? Irradiated chicken has been available for years. Seen any of those around at your local grocery market?

This is a $430 billion food processing market!

Trust me OZON will get it's share of this market. I already own a bunch of this stock but if it gets any cheaper I'll be buying more!
