Keiko:

To quote another:
"Thinking disaster is unthinkable, leads to unthinkable disaster."

I have a long memory. Do you remember the annual Triby shareholder mtg where proxy's were sent out, but arrived ON OR AFTER the meeting??? Shareholders were effectively blocked from casting a vote!!!! You think a reverse vote couldn't occur in this same way??

Shareholders MUST remain vigilant and onguard for untoward mgt surprises. Until you hear from mgt or mgt itself announces that NO reverse split is under consideration, I remain cautious.

I feel that a reverse split would be a shot to the foot of this young and promising co. But, I've seen managements of other cos come up with some EQUALLY VERY STUPID tactics.

It is in shareholders best interests to inform management that a reverse split is unwise. I suggest continuning phone calling to Dublin and NOT to the PR co.

Keiko, would you PLEASE contact Dublin and solicit an answer to the reverse question??

MANAGEMENT: ARE YOU LISTENING????

Keiki, darn**, I'm not positive of ur intent - wether to stirr up setiment (such as the funeral scene of Uncle Willi's Julias Caesar) or to take a poll to present to TRIBY mgmt based on either/or both your feel 4 investor setiment or TRIBY mgmt trying to respond to nebulus and possibly conflicting US investor setiment), but if u can convey that the overwhelming response of US investor longs is that we see the improving fundimentals and don't want to see despiration stock games played out, such as reverse splits, we'd all be better off. TRIBY does have a LOT of current and formerly PI--ED off invstors, mostly over shareholder value/investor relations. But if they can realistically meet, or hopefully exceed the DLJ projection, we'd all be better off (longs) if TRIBY focus on their business plan, and hopefully effectively communicates that plan and their progress towards acheiving that plan, rather than resorting to short term expediency.
