Anybody who follows the Company: It's been a while since I've been paying real close attention and I have a question. Why is GEMS selling it's mobile business?

I talked with a guy in investor relations about a month ago. He made it sound like the sale was being held up only because there was something of a bidding war going on. They are selling this business to concentrate on their core technologies so as to focus on the future.
