Davis You made the comment that the search frim did not do its job. The first announcement was back in june of 97 about a new CEO. I would like to ask the company when did the firm get the go ahead (my guess is in nov/dec of 97). Why did management wait so long. I am with Shero that management has never met any deadlines except for getting new money and dilluting our shares. I am trying to get to the bottom of our dillution but Lisa with TCLN and I keep playing phone tag. I just can not get over how much money we are burning and we are not in any TRIALS(in the US). I have been buying here thinking that we will have another 12 million shares oustanding ( with the current S-3) and at least the same amount through phase 3. They might have to come back to the shareholders and ask us to up the outstanding shares. All above I will confirm with TCLN on monday. Jerry Davis
