Dear Senor Pink:

I want to thank you for helping me pull the plug on MILK, now SYES. With ACRT, however, I would really be scared to go short because the stock has such a relentlessly strong upward momentuim following each pullback! I stopped out at $20 (in at $3.50 and $16.50) and have no regrets, but shorting it is another matter. I agree that it is WAY overvalued, but if earnings surprise on the upside who's to say the market is wrong in giving it a P/E in the stratosphere? The MIT professor(s) may be right academically and statistically, but it is perilous relying on academics to gamble away one's haerd earned $$s.

Is it possible that the short covering is what drives the stock price back up so quickly every time??

BTW, I thoroughly enjoy your irreverent tone, and you back up your outrageousness with factual evidence. FYI, what do you think of CREAF, a fast growing co.(Sound Blaster, etc.) selling at a P/E under 10? My friend from Legg Mason thinks it is as a screaming buy.

Cheers to all and have a profitable week everyone. I think the market's going to bust through 8000 very soon - Hong Kong was up 14 percent today!!
