I think we all feel that way. For many of us this was a Pearl Harbor moment for conservative ideology. But, I'm not ready to roll over. Not by a a fucken long shot. I'm just ready to get started. I've been saying for years that we are at war ideologically. Most people just rolled their eyes. Well, they're not rolling their eyes any more. The one thing PRESIDENT Trump accomplished more than anything is to open our eyes. To wake us the hell up. Now, its up to us as where we go with it.

We have a major advantage in that we are not huddled in our houses with no way to communicate with others of like mind. This is often the greatest hurdle in a rebellion. Just finding out how many like minded individuals there really are. This pseudo-dictatorship is as fragile as any dictatorship and will fall like every dictatorship. With the fearless leaders running for the exits once the people have had enough. It has happened every time.

Rather than despair I have been looking for ways to resist and fight back. And I'm also just getting started.

I remember when a Japanese General, when all the other Japanese leaders were rejoicing in their Pearl Harbor victory, stated the immortal quote.

I fear that all we have done is awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve. - General Isoroku Yamamoto

I'm pretty discouraged and disillusioned.

That's exactly how they want us to feel. I won't comply and let them enjoy twisting the knife in my back. They decided to fight from election day 2016 for the next 4 years and 3 months and they never gave up. I will do the same, but initially set my sights on the backstabbing swamp RINO's first. McConnell, Romney, Murkowski, the 10 judas House members, and some others, must be replaced before going after the Dems.

I'll repeat what Hank just said, "Rather than despair I have been looking for ways to resist and fight back. And I'm also just getting started."

Adam Kinzinger is my district, and I'm going to relish working to get him replaced for the next 2 years!

I'm just kicking back and watching the show in WDC. Like ski and his wife, we spend maybe 2-3 hours a day watching a movie or two, or enjoying a series we might have missed. We haven't watched any organized news shows on TV in weeks.

It finally dawned on us that we're pretty particular about what we're willing to put up with from Hollywood, so why should we put up with being lectured to by opinionated commentators in NY or WDC? These people are basically personalities coming off as experts in their field....whatever that is.......and they make a lot of judgements, which we don't appreciate.

Most of us are discerning individuals and we're perfectly capable of drawing our own conclusions. (It's actually kind of insulting to think that any of us need their opinions and/or guidance.........just give us the straight news.)

Anyone can get their news on line while enjoying a coffee or tea in the morning. I personally read John Solomon's site and SI. I do my research if necessary, and that's about it.

Don't be discouraged i-node.................the left is committing hara-kiri, and it's going to be a painful death.
