Jean, Please explain how this resembles a PONZI. In a Ponzi scheme, people are recruited to "invest" and paid "interest" on their "investment" by money "invested" by those who are recruited into the scheme later. Eventually, the recruits must dry up and the vast majority of the "investors" will lose everything.
