As I understand it, the pipeline is still under construction. It will have no near term impact on price, but it will result in 20,000 layoffs

My barber just told me that WA state gasoline tax is going up $0.88 based on something Inslee has done.

PS - got an appointment Saturday am for Covid Shot 1.
