William, I believe that some shareholders are sending pertinent SI notes to JMAR via fax or other means. So it is important to keep the information on this conference as factual and complete as possible. The situation that happened with the units sale is why I am for the warrants. The situation with them could not be worse than what happens when you sell to just a few investors. Too concentrated.

So, my question to them is why in the world did they do a private equity placement of 250,000 units??

my question also especially since the warrants were so close and having seen how well JMAR held up in the October pseudo-crash

why ?
