Good group of earnings plays for Feb 2-Feb 6 + notes:
Monday February 2: TOM*,XCIT,TOK,FLD,GW
Tuesday, February 3:HDTC*,GDT*,SDG,CPLY,PSFT,AMMB,CSCO*
Wednesday, February 4:LHSPF*,AEIS*,DRRA,CMD,LIN,CATP*,DSTM*,HBBC*,ECGOF
Thursday, February 5: AOL*,VSH*,DOSE*,PDX,MYG,SCSWF,TKLC,TDDDF,KSU
Friday, February 6: NRVH*,METZ*,PESC,ORBI,MEDQ*,GLBL*,ITIG,DOL

*preferred trades - have a better chance of beating or bringing in a nice earnings report and TA support a breakout.

There will be approximately 45 earnings plays for the week of Feb 2-6.
The way to play these are to load them into your news alerts or volume/price alert indicators.... Watch them for volume/price increases in the next days, moving average breakouts, expecially the 7 day moving average breakout and stochastics. Give preference to the companies that report first. In many cases all you need is a good intraday play and that can be had easily with companies like TKLC, TDDDF, CSCO, CATP, PESC, PSFT either the day earnings come out or a day prior.

Other companies like LHSPF,TOM, FLD,VSH, KSU,HBBC,MYG and MEDQ, METZ are much safer and can be held longer. As soon as volume is 150% greater than 30 day average or other TA criteria are met I would pick these up and hold until earnings come out.

Some of the most preferred plays and the ones I will concentrate on this week will be CATP, PSFT, TDDDF, CSCO,TKLC, HDTC and AOL. For a lot of you these will be enough to carry the week. Others might prefer the medical companies like MEDQ, GDT, SDG, CPLY and HDTC.. whatever your preference put them all in watch lists and run your TA on them the entire week.

In a latter post I will run the analyses of these company's so you can get a better picture of their technical/fundamental situation
