Cheeky Kid: I'll eat my words if the BCSC releases a correction. You're right of course. A mistake is not necessarily evidence of a conspiracy. But if it truly was an error then they should repair the damage that was done to the company and the shareholders by making sure that everyone who received the original notice also receives the correction. Throughout the past year, Sungold was held to exacting standards. (never mind that these standards were whimsically applied) Surely the regulators should have to live by similar standards. I'm sorry for going over the top on this one, but the hypocrisy of the regulators and their interactions with Sungold has been too glaring to ignore. Like I said, I'll admit I'm wrong about this if the BCSC releases a correction.
