Hi Patrick,
102 is the last area of resistance. 104 on my charts shows it breaks that selling resistance (2pt box size above 100. I don't know how familiar you are with point and figure). All stocks retrace (pullback). I would be waiting to be sure it can break resistance and not hit major selling pressure before buying in.
Aslo, Dell has run up so fast recently, I do expect a pullback at some point. Again, I think Dell will not have a problem reaching the 104.
I just make sure all the cards are stacked in my favor for a good risk/reward.
