GALT, as one of the rare non-performers on The list, is still under threat of removal.
Its replacement, IBIO, is already back on The list.
Decision this week.
That way, if removed, it can go on a tear next week <|:=0
As of now, it can be said that it's low. But that's about it. The "high" part may not be worth the wait.
