Andy, I was very encouraged by all the information that came out on SHM day. This thread did a terrific job of keeping us all up-to-date. Makes me very excited about the prospects for TAVA over the next 3 months and beyond.

I've gathered from the many posts that we won't see much in CD sales in the coming quarterly report. Partly that's been attributed to Wonderware being too slow about mailing them out, but IMO, it's mostly just symptomatic of the fact that embedded systems problem awareness is unrolling slower than most internet posters can understand. We've become used to instant information bringing instant change, but the world ain't there yet.

Anyway, I didn't think that the prospect of $1 to $2 million in CD sales on this last quarter would have justified owning the stock by itself. The key is and always has been: Will the Y2K business explode? And the SHM certainly indicates that such an explosion is beginning to rapidly build in THIS as well as the next several quarters. Any news on last quarter-good or bad-is just ancient history in the current context (unless, of course, I get one last buying op!)

Another aspect about the SHM was the comment that mgt had been rather scarce recently because they were on the road EVERYWHERE pulling in customers. Managements are always tough to rate, but I give them a big plus for this as well as the SHM itself. Combine that with their stated goal of using this Y2K windfall to establish new customer relationships and I don't know what else I'd expect at this point.

Sure glad to hear they weren't sitting around the office trying to figure out how to stroke short-term traders in the stock!

Loaded up on warrants for a trading op, and shares which I bet I'll still own well past 1-1-2000.
