To Thomas and Jean

Thomas, you wrote: "Judith, We both know the deal with Ftel, so please don't suggest that I call the company when even you know that is an effort in futility." Please explain precisely what you meant by that. Are you saying that you always get a busy signal, or implying that information you get directly from the company is somewhat less that truthful, or are you saying something entirely different? Please clarify.

Also, I know I speak for many here in saying that your tremendously pertinent experience in the telecommunications field is a valuable asset to this board. I'm sure many here will join me in acknowledging the tremendously successful efforts with marine bulkheads you have undertaken on behalf of your many shareholders. I'm sure your 4 employees (or are you included as one of the 4?) are also very appreciative. What I don't understand is why all 200 shares of your corporation are valued at $0.00 per share. Could it be that this is a mistake on the part of the State of New York? Perhaps you could clear that up for us. I'm sure we'll all be waiting breathlessly.

As for Jean, please don't beat around the bush. Are you saying/suggesting/implying that FTEL and/or any posters on this thread are involved in a Ponzi scheme or some other fraudulent activity? Don't be shy; sometimes you have to be more direct to get your point across.

Your friendly lawyer.

Thomas ~ You wrote: I pretty much pass over your posts on Ftel as they are not full of hype and usually reasonable.

Well, I take exception to that statement. After all, it was me that predicted a share price of $13 at tomorrow's close. If I can't be called a hypster with that prediction then I give up. The funny thing is that I actually thought I would be very close. Well, my timing is certainly not perfect but it remains to be seen if my price prediction is. At this time, it looks as if I'll lose out on a fine bottle of wine and have the opportunity to buy someone else a magazine subscription.

You also wrote: Simply put I do not believe most of what has been or is written about Ftel. You say that you've done an enormous amount of research into the chances of this little company making it? Has your research yielded any more info than what is currently available. Perhaps you can enlighten me and convince me to take a position.

I'm not out to convince you or anyone else to take a position. ~ Jack
